Music supervision and licensing for the massively popular Doom, Fallout and Wolfenstein video game franchises.

We've provided music supervision and clearance expertise to gaming powerhouse Bethesda Softworks since 2006. Our work for them includes music supervision and licensing for the award-winning Fallout® game franchise, including Fallout® 4 (IGN's Most Anticipated Game of 2016, 9.5 rating), Fallout® 3 and Fallout®: New Vegas, as well as trailers for the games Doom, Rage, Prey 2, Hunted: The Demon's Forge, and Wolfenstein: The New Order.

The Fallout® games take place in the late 21st century, in a post-apocalyptic United States frozen in the early 1950s (Fallout® 3) and early 60s (Fallout®: New Vegas). This created a unique opportunity for us to draw upon our deep knowledge of music from those eras to come up with the perfect soundtracks. Our work on the games has consisted of exhaustively compiling collections of vintage American music, including big band, pop standards, jump blues, Vegas “Ratpack”, country and other musical genres from the late 40s, 50s and early 60s, presenting our recommendations to Bethesda, and then licensing the approved tracks. Artists whose music we've licensed for the games include Dion, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, The Ink Spots, Bob Crosby, Dean Martin, Peggy Lee and many others.

Our work on game trailers for Bethesda has been extensive, with clearances including Johnny Cash's rendition of Soundgarden's “Rusty Cage” (Prey 2 trailer), Filter's cover of The Turtles' “Happy Together” (trailer for Hunted: The Demon's Forge), Mark Lanegan's “Burning Jacob's Ladder” (Rage trailer), and Jimi Hendrix's version of Dylan's “All Along The Watchtower” (trailer for Wolfenstein: The New Order).

Our deep knowledge of mid-century American music has resulted in soundtracks that serve as the perfect counterpoint to the desolate, post-apocalyptic look and feel of the Fallout games, while our extensive experience and relationships with rightsholders across the industry enable us to finish both game and trailer projects on-time and on-budget.
